Refund policy

All sales are final With the exception of a manufacturer's defect we didn't catch before it shipped to you.

Defects & Damages:  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue with you and do our best to make it right!

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will have the option to ask for a refund or an exchange.


Refunds:  We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. The shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Please remember it can take a week or more for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  In addition, Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
